What do you think when you find out the glue is not sticky enough? “Dammit” is the most common word said by most of people in this situation. Well, the 3M innovators do not say like this; instead, they would think how to use the non-sticky glue to do something. And this is why Post-it is created. Post-it, the self-stick, removable notes, has revolutionized business communication. We can see them be used in everywhere. Students take notes or write down vocabularies they want to memorize on them. Employees or employers use them to remind doing something. Needless to say, it brings convenience to our life. Once I have heard a saying, “sometimes the most dangerous situation is usually a turning point in life.” I totally agree. If the innovators do not find out the glue has problems, or do not solve the problems of glue in a creative way, then there would not have Post-it which is able to get quick attention from others. The spirit of the 3M innovators is impressive and respectable. I have come up with an idea. Everyone has emotions; when they’re in bad moods, they don’t want to be bothered, so do pets. Thus, I want to create a “Feeling-me necklace,” which can let you know how your pet today feels. This necklace has several signals. When the signal turns to the red color, it means your pet is angry now. So, just leave it alone, or you will be bitten. If the signal becomes the blue color, it means you pet is in good mood; you’re in safety to get close to it. If it is the yellow color, it means your pet wants to have fun with you. I don’t know how to put this idea into practice, but maybe we can set a small gadget to feel the pet’s temperature, and then according to the temperature, its mood may be tested out.
